Birthday Parties & Group Outings
Below you can find all of our different birthday packages and can find the one that fits your special occasion! Parties must be reserved in person at least 7 days in advance. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equal to the cost of the package must be paid in order to reserve your desired date. The exact number of guests are tallied the day of the party and additional guests will be paid for at that time. When filling out your reservation form, please be sure to include all information and read/sign our Hold Harmless Agreement. Reservation(s) dates CANNOT be changed without management approval. A skating instructor is available for any of our party options for an additional fee of $30.00 for each half hour. This fee must be paid by cash ONLY (no credit cards or checks please!) and is due a week prior to the reserved party date to give us time to find a coach just right for you!

"FULL PARTY" PACKAGE
The birthday person and 10 of their guests get to skate during our public session. Admission, skate rental, and 'thank you' gifts for guests are included. With this party package, the birthday party is allowed use of the party room one half hour prior to, during, and one half hour after the ice time. Food, drinks, and cake may be brought in, as well as decorations.

"LEARN TO SKATE" PARTY PACKAGE
Available to any skater who has a birthday while they are CURRENTLY enrolled in our Learn To Skate or Developmental Hockey programs. Invite up to 5 guests for a FREE birthday skate during one of our public skate sessions. For an additional fee of $45, the party room may be rented during the party to serve food and cake if desired. Skate rental is NOT included.
Cost: Additional guest $12.00 (includes skate rental)

"JUST ICE" PARTY PACKAGE
Includes admission and skate rental for the birthday person and up to 10 guests to skate during one of our pubic sessions. ‘Thank you' gifts for birthday guests and host are included. The party room and/or tables and chairs are NOT included in this package, so food, drinks, and decorations cannot be brought in.

GROUP RESERVATION
Perfect for a fun group outing for your company, school, church, club, or any other large group you may be a part of! Includes admission and skate rental for your group during one of our public skate sessions at a discounted rate. The bigger the group, the bigger the discount! Reservations must be made in person and must be approved by All Seasons Management at least 7 days in advance to get group rate. Walk-ins the day of will NOT be approved for the discounted rate. A 50% deposit must be received at least one week before the date of the reservation. The remaining balance MUST be paid before leaving the building after the number of attendees has been confirmed by an All Seasons Ice Rinks’ employee. We do not accept separate payments from each skater. This offer is NOT valid on holidays.
