Welcome to the Adult Hockey Class at All Seasons Ice Rinks, where enthusiasts of all skill levels come together to learn and perfect the exhilarating sport of ice hockey. Our program is tailored to adults who are either new to the sport or looking to sharpen their skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Led by experienced coaches who are passionate about the game, our classes focus on teaching the fundamentals of both skating and hockey. Whether you're lacing up your skates for the first time or seeking to refine your technique, our instructors are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.
In the skating portion of the class, participants will learn essential skills such as forward and backward skating, stopping, turning, and crossovers. These foundational skills are crucial for building confidence and agility on the ice, setting the stage for success in hockey-specific drills and gameplay.
