Julie Cerone has a Bachelors and Masters in Education as well as a certification in Hockey Conditioning, General Sports Conditioning, Functional Training, Circuit Training, and Plyometrics. She has been a personal trainer for nine years and an off-ice hockey trainer for seven years. She specializes in both personal training and hockey conditioning with groups and individuals.
