Program Guidelines ALL DEVELOPMENTAL HOCKEY SKATERS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR EQUIPMENT TO THE DRESSING ROOMS PROVIDED. ALL DRESSING INTO EQUIPMENT AND LACING OF SKATES SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF IN THESE ROOMS. No skaters are allowed on the ice without an instructor present. Only the students that are currently registered for a specific class will be allowed on the ice.   Any parent wishing to assist during class must get approval from Coach Chelios, be able to skate, have a current waiver for the Session on file with the front counter, and pay $12.50 for the Basic Skills Insurance. NO SHOES are allowed on the ice. Only ONE make-up per session will be allowed, only after the class has been missed. NO make-ups are allowed on the 1st week of the Session. Please confirm make-up times with Coach Chelios. Each skater is allowed ONE “Bring A Friend” pass to be used during the session that they are enrolled in. Please, no friends during the 1st week of a session. An Unlimited Public Skate pass available to all registered students for just $25.

Sign up for more than one class per week for just $50 for each additional class. FREE BIRTHDAY SKATE may be available to enrolled Students. (see our Birthday Party page for more details.) Classes may be combined or cancelled due to enrollment. Register for a space in class by mail, on-line, fax, or in-person at our facility. SKATE RENTAL Skate rental for the 7-week Session is available at the time of registration for $17.50. Skate rental purchased weekly will be $3.50 per usage. There are NO REFUNDS on skate rental (individual or pass) for ANY reason.  ATTIRE Tot Hockey skaters are required to wear hockey gloves/heavy winter gloves, elbow and knee protection. We can provide helmets, sticks and pucks at no additional cost.  Pre-Hockey skaters require full equipment. Children 7 and older Pre-Hockey The popularity of hockey is now attracting the attention of more children who wants to learn the sport. This program has been specifically designed to challenge and develop players with their own peer group. Players will learn proper skating techniques at our Beginner Level and the Phase Levels will include skill/drills that will get them ready for competitive hockey. Developmental Leagues Offered throughout the year   Scooter Hockey - November-February This popular league is split into equally skilled 3 on 3 teams that will play each other every week and utilize USA Hockey's cross- ice program. Each team has nine players and 2- minute shifts that guarantee fast paced action. Available for purchase on-line during the Holiday and Winter Sessions. Mighty Mites - February - June The Mighty Mites League consists of a 10 game schedule, practices, and a team jersey.  Each team will have two lines that are matched up by similar skill levels, below is the breakdown of each line.  Line 1:  Players 8 & under at the Pre-mite Advanced and Elite level. Our program has been serving the community for the past five years and is one of the best at developing quality hockey players in the Chicagoland area. The reason is simple : we specialize in skating mechanics and techniques developed by USA Hockey. We provide a solid foundation for your child's development in safe and energetic enviroment. At our program, we know that not all children will progress at the same speed, but our low instructor to skater ratio will give them the personalized instruction they need to succeed.
