JULY 1, 2009 - JUNE 31, 2010 Basic Skills registration is a yearly fee that includes a membership number and card, a yearly patch, a book of manuevers required for each level of a program, stickers for the skater to mark off which manuevers they have already achieved, a monthly magazine AND insurance coverage. Membership is a mandatory requirement to enroll in any of our classes.
